Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite snacks to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It only takes a few minutes!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be packed and ready to ship.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
No minimum required — but free shipping kicks in at 100$!
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across Canada via Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.50. Orders of 100$ or more ship free.
Do you ship to the United States?
We currently ship within Canada only. Stay tuned for future updates!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package directly on the Canada Post website.
Products
Are your products shelf-stable?
Yes! All our products are non-refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature.
Where do your products come from?
We carefully select our snacks from trusted Canadian distributors. Many of our products are unique, imported, or hard-to-find items you won't easily spot at your local grocery store.
Are the products safe for people with allergies?
All our products are pre-packaged by the manufacturer and include allergen information directly on the packaging, as required by Canadian law.
We strongly recommend checking the label before consuming, especially if you have a known allergy. When in doubt, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Returns & Issues
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what was described, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. However, if a product is defective or significantly different from its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Don't hesitate to reach out.
