Refund policy
All items sold in our store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed, except as required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Notwithstanding our all-sales-final policy, and in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (R.S.Q., c. P-40.1) and the legal warranty of quality under the Civil Code of Quebec (art. 1726 et seq.), we are legally required to offer a remedy if your item:
— is defective or unusable upon receipt;
— was damaged during shipping;
— does not match the description provided at the time of sale;
— has a latent defect that renders it unfit for its intended use.
In these cases only, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at zhero.shop.0@gmail.com and include photos of the item and its packaging.
We will assess your claim and, if it is found to be valid, propose an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund. This legal obligation applies regardless of our all-sales-final policy and cannot be waived.
This protection is a matter of public order under Quebec consumer protection law and applies independently of any commercial policy. It cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
How to report an issue
Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you believe your item qualifies for a remedy under the conditions above, contact us at zhero.shop.0@gmail.com with:
— your order number or proof of purchase;
— a clear description of the issue;
— photos of the item and its original packaging.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, or without supporting documentation, may not be eligible for a remedy.
Non-returnable items
Given that all sales are final, no items are eligible for return or exchange outside of the legal warranty cases described above. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased on sale, customized or personalized items, and perishable goods.
